Made in Canada in small batch supply to ensure quality, this wooden basket bottom gives your crocheted basket a sturdy base. Made of all new materials which have been sustainably sourced, these are designed to work with Aster & Vine cotton jersey t-shirt yarn as well as our 3 strand recycled cotton rope.
For casting on any hook between 5 – 6mm works best (although in our testing we have found metal or wood hooks to be the most suitable), and then the basket walls can be crocheted with hooks within the size range of 9 – 11mm.
